First of all the welfare system is there for a reason! When you have kids you want to be able to have food for them - wouldn't you? I used to work as a cashier at a supermarket and the ratio of people (and families) that used food stamps was quite big!
Secondly if use food stamps then that means that you will have more money to be able to use for things such as paying bills!
Thirdly if you have a real financial need then you should check out some of the charities and organizations that provide financial assistance. One such charity gives up to $9,000 for emergency financial need! There is a website online that allows people to submit requests for money and you can request up to $1,000 (or more). If you are willing to do the work then you should be able to find these programs that can help you financially.
I work at home doing grant research and consultations. I am also a Dream Job consultant and one of the things that I have often said is that the fastest way to make money is to find a need and fill - however the best way to make money is to take something that you love and turn it into a business! Have you thought about joining aidpage's requests for participants who want to earn money?
Have you looked into the Google Adsense program where you can earn legitimate money by placing ads on your site. You earn money when visitors to your site click on the ads!
Here is another very positive quote that I found online:
Nurture your passions...you'd be surprised at how many possible ways there are to make money with a hobby or obsession
